By joining the RoTTA Winery Wineclub, I agree to the following conditions:

- I am at least 21 years of age and acknowledge that a person 21 years or older will sign for delivery

- I authorize Rotta Winery to charge my credit card, plus tax and shipping for each shipment

- I understand that I can only cancel my membership once I’ve fulfilled 2 (two) shipments at least

- By default, I will receive 3 (three) shipments, unless I opt-out on the Fall allocation

- I understand that my membership cancellation requires a 30-day written notice prior to the next shipment *

- I understand that orders held for pick-up will be automatically shipped after 60 days to the address on file

- Shipping fees for returned and re-delivered shipments will be at my expense *

- I understand that if I choose not to customize my selection or fail to do so before the deadline, I will be shipped the winemaker’s selection

- My wineclub membership renews automatically every year unless I explicitly request cancelation via phone call or e-mail to the Wineclub Manager
