2013 Red - $17.00
Our 2013 Red blend consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petite Sirah. The wine is very young, but has incredible structure - with big tannins, bold fruit and a touch of toasted oak on the finish, the mouthwatering acidity ensure that it pairs quite nicely with anything from grilled rib-eye, to weeknight pasta dishes.
2012 Cabernet Franc - $25
2012 Guibbini Estate Cabernet Franc~ Cabernet Franc thrives on our Estate Vineyard. Aromas of blueberry, blackberry and black cherry yield to more flral notes of violet and a hint of campfire wood. This full bodies wine with a rich and plush palate and balanced acidity has a complex, lingering finish.
Food Pairing~ Like Cabernet Sauvignon, it will pair well with lamb, rib eye or more flavorful game meats
2013 Rose - $17
2013 Rose ~ A saignée of all the red grapes ROTTA made into wine in the 2013 vintage, this wine is fun, lively and bursting with bright berry fruit flavors. A perfect complement to a BBQ on a warm summer afternoon, or great for a picnic!.

A red blend attributed to our original founder, a field blend, SIOT is a complex balanced wine to be shared with friends and family at the dinner table.
Chardonnay, 2011, Central Coast, 750 ml- $17
2011 Chardonnay, Central Coast ~ Bright apple and pear aromas reflect the fruity varietal characteristics of this Chardonnay. Very light oak treatment balances the wine without competing with the flavor profile of the grape. The crisp acidic finish refreshes your taste buds.

2013 White, 750 ml- $17
A non-traditional blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, the 2013 ROTTA White Wine is a fascinating wine. It blends the crisp, racy green apple characteristics of a cool climate Chardonnay, with a little bit of weight, richness and tropical fruit notes from a warm climate Sauvignon Blanc. This unique blend was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Enjoy it on a warm sunny day, with ceviche or fish tacos.

2010 Zinfandel Port, Giubbini Vineyard ~ Zinfandel is a versatile grape that can be used to make wines in a variety of styles. Whether you’re an experienced Port drinker, or a first-timer, you will appreciate the subtlety and complexity that comes from our old vines of the Estate Giubbini Vineyard. (375 ml bottle)
Food Pairing ~ great match with chocolate, blue cheese, Paso walnuts or almonds.
NV Black Monukka Dessert Wine ~ This wine embodies the philosophy of our winery; blending a little known varietal with an Old World winemaking technique to produce a distinctive Dessert Sherry with caramel, butterscotch, black walnut, and vanilla flavor components. Savor it over a period of time since an opened bottle will keep for months... but for some reason we don't seem to have that happen with this wine! (375ml bottle)
Food Pairing ~ Try it with Crème Caramel, Mission Figs with Walnuts, or with cheese.
