Proprietor's Cabernet Sauvignon, 2007, 750 ml [$20.00]

Upfront berry fruit, with a full middle body, and long finish showing the varietal flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon. French oak aromas and vanilla flavors from barrel aging fill the mouth, but are not astringent. Complements rich meats such as steaks, venison, and duck.

There are a very limited number of cases of this rare wine. This wine stands up well to grilled and roasted meats, as well as, game.

Created to represent the high quality of Zinfandel in a accessible consumer friendly wine from our 70 year old Giubbini Estate Vineyard. This blend consists of 80% Zinfandel and 20% Primitivo. The strong & intense varietal qualities of the Zinfandel are complemented by the bright & fruity aromas of the Primitivo.

Food Pairing ~ Excellent with cheesy pasta sauces to charbroiled steaks.

60% Cabernet Sauvignon / 20% Cabernet Franc / 20% Merlot

The "Trinity" of wine was created by blending select barrels of 3 noble wines, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. This 10 barrel blend was then additionally aged in new French Oak for 18 months after assembling the blend. Its French Oak & vinous aroma are complemented with elegant flavors and rich smooth body. Due to the small production of only 292 cases, this wine will be limited to only a few wine lovers.

Vermentino, 2010, Paso Robles [$22.00]

Our newest addition to Rotta’s wine list. Floral and varietal aromas jump from the glass to awaken your senses. Originally from the coast of the Mediterranean, this varietal has made its way into our winery, offering a smooth and full body on the tongue, complimented by steely vinous and citrus notes, with a clean, refreshing finish. Enjoy in its youth!

Food Pairing ~ Almost always intended to be paired with seafood; will also pair nicely with pesto pasta dishes, fresh salads and vegetables.

Chardonnay, Edna Valley, 2009, 750 ml [$20.00]

The grape-fruity and pear aromas are balanced by the vanilla flavor from oak barrel aging. The crisp tartness provides a clean finish for the wine to be enjoyed lightly chilled on a hot day, and pairs beautifully with seafood.
