Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, 2010, Paso Robles, 750 ml - $35
2010 Guibbini Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon ~ The cooler days and nights at our estate vineyard in the Templeton Gap produced a uniquely European style Cabernet in 2010. Its soft, plush entry builds with firm tannins on the midpalate and a lingering finish with substantial grip.
Food Pairing ~ Wonderful with varied cheese plates or as a standalone aperitif.
Estate Cabernet Franc, 2012, Paso Robles, 750 ml - $35

Black Monukka Dessert Wine, 375 ml, California- $31
Black Monukka Dessert Wine ~ This wine embodies the philosophy of our winery; blending a little known varietal with an Old World winemaking technique to produce a distinctive Dessert Sherry with caramel, butterscotch, black walnut, and vanilla flavor components. Savor it over a period of time since an opened bottle will keep for months... but for some reason we don't seem to have that happen with this wine! (375ml bottle)
