Petite Verdot, 2006, Paso Robles, 750 ml $26.00 
Warm berry and violet dominate the aromas. Light Cherry aromas surface with aeration. The heavy body and rich creamy mouthfeel is complemented with the distinct French oak flavors on the tongue. Varietal Petite Verdot flavors are distinctly noticeable in the finish of the wine.
Food Pairing - This wine best complements meats like Prime Rib or Lamb and pasta dishes with red sauce.

Primitivo, 2009, Paso Robles, 750 ml $22.00
Primitivo, the Italian Zinfandel, this Primitivo exhibits flavors of delicious ripe red fruit, the aroma of the French Oak barrel is noticeably present, but very mild on the tongue with a long, memorable finish. Full bodied, and yet soft, makes it enjoyable for sitting around drinking with friends. Salute!
Food Pairing - Pairs well with roasted or grilled foods, lamb, or prime rib.
Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles, 2007, 750 ml $35.00
Giubbini Vineyard
This 100% Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon is a unique wine grown in the Templeton Gap Area. Warm summer days and cool nights create ripe fruity berry flavors, as well as give it back bone and complexity. Fifty months in very light oak have made this wine very smooth to drink.
Food Pairing - Leg of Lamb, Prime Rib, and Game meats like venison or boar
Rotta Reserve Merlot, Paso Robles, 2007, 750 ml $27.00
Full to the palate, the berry and varietal aromas jump out in the nose. Strong oak flavors, but not overwhelming, this wine will go well paired with meats, grilled vegetables, and creamy flavored cheeses, like Brie, Blue and Cheddar. This wine will offer increased elegance for the next 10 years.
Estate Zinfandel, 2007, 750 ml $35.00
From the dry farmed, head trained Giubbini Vineyard which is located right behind our winery. The Zinfandel aroma and strong Zinfandel flavor fill the mouth, while the heavy tannins coat the tongue showing the long aging potential of this big wine. The grapey Zinfandel flavors and natural acidity pair well with meats like pork or lamb.
